This free online saxophone lesson shows how to play the opening lines and sax solo for the classic Men at Work “Who Can It Be Now”.
If you grew up in Australia in the 80’s like I did then you couldn’t help but hear this tune. “Who Can It Be Now” was a massive hit for Colin Hay and Men at Work. The single came out in 1981 and was a hit in the charts through the early ’80s.
For 80s rock tunes, the opening sax riff for “Who Can It Be Now” really stands out as a “must learn” for sax players. Also, the solo in this track is a great example of a simple but effective pop sax solo. Definitely one to learn.
